What is the sabbath?

This topic has been exhausted during discussions and yet it seems as though there is no conclusion. What is the sabbath, is it Sunday or Saturday or is done away with? if it is valid today, how should we approach it?

    I have a hard time with this subject. It's kind of hard to explain the concept of the sabbath to others. How do i go about it. And what is consider right or wrong to do on the Sabbath.

    Well, it mostly depends on the questions asked to see what the explanation may be. first cover all ground, write down all the questions and do research on each question so you learned it first, then you will be equipped to answer this topic many different ways. As far as whats right wrong look up these text and see what you get. Exodus 20:8-11 (read it closely), Isaiah 58:13-14, Nehamiah 13:15-21.
